Meet the Developers
Mike & Kateri Bouselah
Mike Bousaleh and his wife, Kateri MacDonald Bousaleh, bring more than two decades of experience in construction, real estate, and property investment to Lady of the Lakes Estates.
Mike began his professional career as a mechanic and owner of his own gas station before transitioning into the construction industry. As the owner of Ave Maria Remodeling on Massachusetts' South Shore, he has spent more than 20 years leading residential remodeling and construction projects while building a reputation for quality craftsmanship and hands-on project management.
Kateri is an attorney and real estate professional who expanded her practice into brokerage ownership in 2013. Throughout her career, she has represented buyers and sellers in more than $20 million in real estate transactions and developed extensive experience helping clients navigate complex real estate decisions.
Together, Mike and Kateri have invested in, renovated, and repositioned numerous residential properties throughout Massachusetts and Aruba. Their combined backgrounds in construction, real estate, and redevelopment provided the foundation for the vision behind Lady of the Lakes Estates.
